Pre-Sales Specialist
We’re seeking a curious and motivated Pre-Sales Specialist to power our lead generation efforts and be the first point of contact with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves researching prospects, crafting messages that resonate, and opening doors to new conversations.
What you’ll do
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule intro calls for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with outreach efforts
- Maintain and update lead records in Pipedrive
- Support market mapping and outreach for specific campaigns or verticals
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a lead generation, SDR, or sales support role (preferably in B2B tech
- Fluent in Polish (B2+) and English (B2+)
- Comfortable with CRM systems like Pipedrive
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn about new industries and technologies
- Team player who enjoys working closely with sales and marketing
